2.Ready to Cook Carcass- grading whole carcass
3.Interior Eggs- candling eggs to look at air sac and yolk
4.Exterior Eggs- grading outside of the eggs, looking for cracks, stains,
5.Processed chicken- looking at chicken nuggets, patties
6.Written Exam
